Hi! I am Robert Holland, owner of Holland Fitness and Performance and the Director of Athletic Development for THE PROGRAM Sports Training (TP) – The most complete Power, Strength & Conditioning, Speed & Agility, and Position Specific Skill training program in California.

I am the creator of Speed 4 Your Sport (S4S). In S4S you will Learn, Develop & Refine; the necessary running form, spring mechanics and athletic posture needed to increase the athletes speed essential to their Sport! I have combined scientific knowledge with my 25 plus years of experience as a Professional athlete
