The most complete Power, Strength and Conditioning, Speed & Agility, and Position Specific Skill training program in California. TP is a systematic, scientifically proven approach to sports performance enhancement. TP gives an aspiring athlete everything needed to compete at the highest level of athletic competition.
2 Days per Week – 1 Hour Sessions
3 Days per Week – 1 Hour Sessions
4 Days per Week – 1 Hour Sessions
